We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Optical Associate to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in eyewear and fashion, and wants to build a career in a modern, patient-focused optical environment.

About the Role

As an Optical Associate, you will help create an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Working alongside our Optometrists and optical team, you will help patients find eyewear that fits their vision needs, lifestyle, personality, and style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience
  • Assist patients with frame selection based on fit, style, lifestyle, and budget
  • Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and eyewear features
  • Assist with frame measurements, adjustments, and fittings
  • Perform patient pre-testing
  • Process eyewear orders and coordinate pickups
  • Support appointment booking, patient check-in, and front-desk duties
  • Maintain attractive and organized frame displays
  • Assist with inventory and merchandising
  • Provide excellent follow-up and after-sale service
  • Work collaboratively with Optometrists, Opticians, and other team members

Full or Part Time Optician/ Optometric Assistant (261011)

 

Century Vision Care is searching for a full time/part time licensed optician to join our fantastic team. We are located in the growing community of Century Park in South Edmonton. 

Our clinic prides itself in providing the best patient care experience by utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment and offering exceptional optical lens and frames options.  

We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard and grow with our optical family. They must be able to handle working in a busy, fun, fast-paced environment while continuing to provide the exceptional customer service that we have become known for. 

Position will include limited evenings.

We will be open Monday to Friday, evenings on Wednesday. Closed weekends and all stat holidays. Hours can be flexible (20-40 per week).
