TempSure Envi uses radiofrequency energy to deliver controlled tissue warming. This technology is incorporated well into dry-eye care for patients with meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD), using warming of the eyelid area prior to meibomian gland expression for effective dry eye disease management. 

The platform also offers aesthetic applications, including treatment of facial wrinkles and skin laxity.

Medmont E300 corneal topographer in excellent condition. The instrument looks and operates like new and was fully functional at the time of decommissioning. Calibration was completed and confirmed to be within tolerance prior to decommissioning; an image of the calibration results is included for verification.

  • TSAS (Tear Stability Analysis System): This feature is used to non-invasively diagnose and evaluate Dry Eye Disease (DED). The device projects illuminated mire rings onto the cornea and records their distortion over a 6-second period while the patient keeps their eye open. It calculates the Ring Breakup Time (RBUT) to determine the stability of the tear film.

 

Originally purchased from Insight Medical, seldomly used over the last few years for the odd topography (as of this posting, 4011 topographies taken) and dry eye assessments. 

 

This is a very easy to use machine with touchscreen + joystick operation and autocapture. Extremely fast results for autorefractor/keratometry. It can connect to EMR via ethernet. Exports data as csv and screenshots otherwise. Comes with the machine, power cord, and soft equipment cover.
