Stand Up Banners Lending Policy
The AAO will pay for the cost of shipping the banners to the optometrist. It is the optometrist’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping via a courier that provides a tracking number. The banners must be shipped or returned the next working day after the event, in the same carry case and box.
Special Conditions
The banners can not be used for purposes outside those that are sanctioned or sponsored by the AAO.
The banners are inspected before being sent out and upon return for every event. Any damage caused while in an optometrist's care will be billed to the optometrist via an invoice and must be paid within thirty (30) days. A credit card is required upon booking.
