Private Insurance Delisting Questions

We are gathering data on members who have been delisted from a private insurance company in Alberta. If you have already informed the AAO about your delisting, please still complete this form. All information collected will be kept confidential and used only for trend analysis, supporting the Task Force, and providing resources for members.

About the Task Force

The Alberta Association of Optometrists (AAO) Private Insurance Task Force has been established by the AAO to support members in responding to the growing trend of optometry clinics being delisted by insurers. The Task Force will lead the development of educational tools, policy strategies, and stakeholder engagement efforts that protect the integrity of optometric practice and ensure members are informed and supported.
